Indian street food

One of my favourite Indian snacks is pani puri, which is a hollow crispy fried ball (puri) in which you crack a hole in and then fill up with a water mixture (pani). The mixture can be made up of a mix of ingredients such as chickpeas, onion, potatoes, tamarind and chilli. The puri is small enough to fit in your mouth, so you eat it whole and once you bite down on it, the mixture floods your mouth with Indian spices and a crunch from the puri. It is a popular street food in India, I did the next best thing and bought it in Southall.
