I visited Vapiano's a while ago and have actually forgotten what I ordered, something of the calzone and pizza variety. Anyway this was the first time I ate at this international chain and what I love is that everything is made to order. There are pizza and pasta checkouts, which you queue up for, then order your food and you can see the chef preparing your meal in front of you. What's more is that when you sit at your table there are small plant pots of fresh basil and parsley to add to your meal, I thought this was very creative. I think this is a great place to try fresh Italian food and would definitely recommend it.
Shortly arriving back to the UK after an incredible journey around the world, I was lucky enough to land a job in London and immerse myself into the city life. I'm sad that I won't be able to write about food in Melbourne, as that was the catalyst which kick started my blog. However evolution has taken my blog in the natural direction to write about food in London. I have already seen so many potential places to eat at and can't wait to tuck into the culinary delights that London offers.
