The dining area has a nice relaxed atmosphere with low lighting to ease your mood. We chose from the set menu, which unfortunately I don't completely remember what I ordered so here goes. The starter was black pudding with a puree and apple jelly, which was good and my main was chicken served with mashed potato, cauliflower and a very sweet gravy. It wasn't the most outstanding meal I've eaten but for a hotel set menu it was pretty decent.
